Heritage Home Healthcare Acquires Two New Mexico Providers

New Mexico-based Heritage Home Healthcare this week announced it has acquired two area home health care companies, according to a local report by New Mexico Business Weekly. 

Through the acquisitions of Albuquerque-based Maroland LLC and 800 HomecCare LLC in Las Cruces, Heritage Home Healthcare will gain 380 new employees to its current staff of 1,200. 

The company’s CEO told New Mexico Business Weekly that the acquisition would expand its reach into Las Cruces in an overall effort toward geographic growth. 

“We have been looking to expand our geographical presence in New Mexico. This establishes Heritage as the home health industry leader in the Southwest,” company CEO Len Trainor told the publication.
